- Chicken thighs or Chicken wings
- Flour
- Fried flour
- 2 spoon Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- 1 mall spoon of chilli powder, Garlic powder.
- Cold Water
- Spices: salt, seasoning ( suggest: knorr seasoning), - 1 spoon of honey
- Oil
2. Method
Step 1: Wash the chicken cleanly. Wash them again with saline. Slice slightly some lines on the chicken to it can be absorptive the spices. Boil the thighs and wings briefly then they can easily cook when you fried them.
Take the chicken out and let it dry.
Mix them with 2 small spoon of s
alt, 1/2 small spoon of seasoning, 1/2 small spoon of garlic powder, 1 spoon of honey then mix it well. Let it there 3-4 hour
Step 2: Combine flour, Cornstarch, Chilli powder and a small spoon of salt then put in on a plate.
Egg is stirred in a bowl and put the fried flour into an other plate.
Step 3: Take the Mixed Flour into a plastic bag then put the chicken into that bag as well.
Step 4: Shock the bag. Also Use your hand to mix it to the chicken can be absorptive.
Step 5: Roll each thigh and wing over the egg bowl.
Step 6: Roll each thigh and wing over the fried flour until the flour is run out of.
Step 7: Fried the chicken. Note: Use the small pot or deep Pan so that you can save oil.
Step 8: Sometimes flip the chicken to it can be cook. Take the chicken out when it's cook. Let it dry oil.
Step 9: Put them into a plate. Eat with tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber and dot with chilli sauce.
