- chicken: 300g
- egg yolk: 1
- corn: 1
- Dry mushroom : 5
- Tapioca Flour
- Oil
- Other spices ( depend on taste of each person)
2. Method
Prepare Dry Mushroom which is sliced into small pieces, Egg y
olk has been stirred, corn has been separated. Combine 3 spoon of Tapioca flour with 1/2 bowl of water.
hard boiled the chicken, keep the broth. let the chicken cool down then tear the chicken into small pieces.
slice the onion into small pieces and fried it with oil. Together put the chicken and the dry mushroom into the pan.
pour the broth into the pan and hard boil it then put the corn in. Note: boil with small fire to the corn could be tender.
you put some spices into the pan such as salt when the soup is boiling. Then pour the flour which is mix with water in the first step. The soup should be stirred till the soup is viscous. If you want the soup to be more viscous, put some more tapioca flour.
Put the egg yolk into the pan and stir quickly.
Wait for about 2 minute, the egg is ripe then put into some spices if you want then pour the soup into a bowl. you can enjoy the chicken soup now. Hope you will be successful on this. :)
